FUNCTIONAL ARTWORK

Unlike an exclusively sculptural piece, both the botijo and the pitcher retain the functionality for which they were originally conceived.

They can be used to hold and keep water cool thanks to the natural properties of ceramics, or displayed as collector's items.

Sculptural pitcher from the KÖDE × Juan Aguilar collaboration, created to commemorate KÖDE's first anniversary.

Designed by KÖDE and entirely hand-embellished by artist Juan Aguilar, this unique piece combines ceramic tradition, Mediterranean identity, and contemporary artistic expression.

In addition to its artistic and decorative value, it retains the original functionality of a traditional water pitcher, and can be used daily or displayed as a collector's item.

Its refined silhouette and manual embellishment transform every detail into an unrepeatable work destined to be part of a private collection.
