Returns & Exchanges Policy


Philosophy

Every garment that comes out of KÖDE is designed to accompany you.
We understand that, sometimes, expectations may not match the experience.
That's why we've designed an honest, patient, and respectful exchange and return process, aligned with our way of understanding fashion: calmly, thoughtfully, and transparently.


1. KÖDE Collection (Drops & Essential Goods)

Time
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or a return.

State
The garments must be in perfect condition , unused and unwashed, and retain their original labels .
The essence must remain intact.

Changes
The changes are free .
If the item you want is available, we will reserve it for you.

Refund of the amount
Returns have a fixed cost of €4.90 .
It is deducted directly from the refund.
It does not depend on the initial shipping cost.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used.
Once the garment has been received in our studio and verified, the amount may take between 5 and 7 business days to be reflected.


2. RE-KÖDE (Re-Edition & Re-Imagined Pieces)

The RE-KÖDE pieces maintain the same policy as the main collection.
These are reissued garments, crafted one by one, with the same level of care.

  • 14 calendar days

  • Free exchanges

  • Returns with a fixed cost of €4.90

  • Refund within 5–7 business days

A coherent, calm, and solid experience.


3. Selected Vintage Goods

Pieces that already existed before they came into our hands.
Unique, with history, without replica.
By its very nature, its policy is also unique.

Changes
You have 7 calendar days to request a change.
Exchanges are only made for another item from the Vintage Selection .

No refund
These items are non-refundable.
Its unique nature demands it.

Season ticket with no expiration date
If you prefer, you can request a credit card for the value of your item.
It has no deadline.
It belongs exclusively to the Vintage category.


4. How to request an exchange or refund

We've simplified the process so it flows smoothly:

  1. Access our returns portal:
    https://returns.reveni.io/kode

  2. Enter your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.

  3. Select the item and choose exchange or return .

  4. You will receive a digital label or code.
    You don't need to print anything.

  5. Store the garment in its original packaging.

  6. Drop it off at any post office.

  7. After receiving it at our studio, we will process your request.


5. General Conditions

  • We cannot accept used, washed, or untagged items.

  • The state must be true to its origins.

  • If the order arrives with any issues, you must report it within the first 48 hours .

  • KÖDE is not responsible for damages caused during the transport of returns managed by the customer.
